- The management is disorganized right from the top with the CEO to the lower level managers. - The company acts like it's still a start-up, there's constant change, disorganization and no clear direction. - They desperately hire staff without fully vetting them which has lead to some toxic people in the organization. - Due to all this there's been high staff turnover in 2021.
