      Pros

      Rayme is a wonderful human who cares very much for her employees. It’s lovely to work for a company that values honesty, integrity, and hard work. You are surrounded by successful, hard working women which is also a nice change in this industry (men tend to dominate kitchens and ownership).

      Cons

      Small business has its challenges, stability being one of them.

      Kind and supportive management, positive atmosphere, decent income.

      Cons

      I believe they offer health insurance to employees now, but at the time I worked there, there were no benefits.
