Staff are there a long time, don't support joiners, with interns coming and going so often there is a lack of supporting someone into their position. A lack of procedural material as a result of "everyone already knows how" absolutely no coaching, one intern trains the next and easily results in errors in procedure, intern tend not to know what they are doing or why they are just there to do so outside of being an intern new starters have no support
