Pros

The dynamic of feeling apart of family was very well felt and the pay was amazing. The GM is for his people and cares very much for those that do what they are there to do.

Cons

Lack of communication, not willing to change certain things.

Pros

Can’t name one, that’s how TERRIBLE the WRENCH GROUP is.

Cons

The company did NOT care about the short staffing while putting every extra task they could (because they let so many positions/jobs go - more of a WRENCH GROUP problem not the employees that were there) on select few employees, while belittling the employees who were saving every aspect of the crumbling company. Upper leadership of the Greenfield locations were NEVER around the company enough to actually see how unethical the working environment was. That same Greenfield leadership sure didn’t mind all the dedication of prior employees that were there from day one busting their own heads to try to keep the company that the WRENCH GROUP & GREENFIELD LEADERSHIP failed from the beginning after them buying out the original small business. HR was quite the joke as well especially considering it was ran out the Nashville Coolray of TN location. How can HR even put the nose in a branch that’s 3 hours away and had only been to the branch a handful of times since opening ‘new’ doors in 2023? They can’t because they’re not there to physically put eyes on a company and know exactly what is going on there. Shady. The same for their accounting being ran out of Nashville. Don’t even get former employees started on there ‘separation’ notices that are emailed to them and then Coolray/Wrench Group denies the former employees unemployment benefits. This place, the corporation, the Greenfield Leadership team is extremely unprofessional, unethical and blindly disregards the dedication of employees. Employees talking about doing side work using company resources, but still left them employed, but wrongfully terminated employees that spoke up about issues there and the same employees terminated were the ones busting every bit of themselves for a company that didn’t even spare a conversation about what they could do to show appreciation for all the extra ‘job positions’ they were handling on top of their own job responsibilities. The company offers absolutely no job security to employees, they also don’t follow through on their offer letters. This company is highly unethical. The list could be a mile long on why you wouldn’t want to work for a corporation like this. Wrongful termination. Not to mention TWO General Managers ran through in less than a year & half. That right there screams how much this corporate entity & Greenfield Leadership failed this business.
