Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Fake promises and hopes

Cons

No promotion since 3 years No appraisal / increment even after completing 1 year - they'll give invalid reasons for not giving you increment No work- life balance, they'll expect you to work out of working hours and still it's unpaid No compensatory leaves even if they show , the manager never approves Burden of work, less employees in office People from other department will keep complaining / back stab about you ,hence you won't be promoted Managers/ colleagues will interfere in your personal life No professionalism maintained by anyone Girls there are like TV Serial Aunties Boys are .... Very less educated and less experienced people are hired making the office look like a fish market and miss behaviour, people with zero etiquettes In case of emergency, no leaves approved/ WFH given And the list goes on.

The biggest problem is lack of clear vision from leadership. Priorities keep changing frequently one day the focus is revenue, next day new customers, and suddenly profitability. Because of this, teams are always reacting instead of following a clear strategy. Micromanagement is very high. Even when teams have expertise, there is constant interference in day-to-day work. Management also tends to change expectations frequently, which makes it difficult to trust long-term decisions. There is also a sense that visibility sometimes matters more than actual performance, which can be frustrating for people focused on results. Communication from leadership can feel reactive and sometimes personal, which creates unnecessary pressure on employees. Overall, the environment feels stressful and unstable because goals and expectations keep changing. There is also a gap in strategic direction at senior levels. Guidance is often unclear, which makes it difficult for teams to execute effectively. Instead of solving problems, there is often pressure without clear direction, and teams are expected to figure things out on their own. At times, work feels more execution-heavy rather than strategy-driven, which leads to teams working hard but not always in the right direction.
