Pros
Sales management has had issues in keeping the organization going in the right direction ie... pay, leads, process, implementation etc. Moral has been a constant work in progress. On paper the product is top notch and there is however issues in the implementation and client support.
Cons
A lot of turnover in all positions to include client implementation teams which is frustrating for new sale implementations.
