Management has zero respect for their employee. I never felt so much like an indentured servant than I did when I worked at Comcast. Forced Overtime, no lunches, no breaks, no support, and terrible pay. Other providers pay there employees twice as much in some cases. Some Techs are making 13 dollars and hour some are making 28. No recognition for going above and beyond. The managment is more concerned with Numbers than realistic goals and performance. Techs and customers suffer because of a terrible performance grading system.
