      Pros

      The high caliber personnel who both support you and encourage you to challenge yourself and others for the betterment of all aspects of the company. An approachable senior management team who lead by example and communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.

      Cons

      I have not found any to date. The company has gone out of its way to embrace its employees and foster a positive and fun working environment.

      Pros

      Smart and driven colleagues; company's new management and strategy/direction is clearly moving in the right direction; casual yet high energy; inter-company communication is better than ever; customer growth and momentum for the product is really taking off and making this an exciting place to work.

      Cons

      none really -- mostly outsiders who can't seem to realize that the past history of the company should be left in the past, company is moving forward and shouldn't look back.
