Pros
New technologies to get your head around Some travel to far away locations Initial plan was to stick around for 24 months and then move on, stayed 43 months. The folks at the coal-face were great, for the most part, just watch out for the odd knife-in-the-back.
Cons
Owner is a total nut-job. Any hope you might have of putting anything meaningful into your resume will be negated by his sabotage in the reference stages of a new position. The expectation of being able to resign and start the next day should have been a huge alarm bell. A 9 man company doesn't need a CEO, or a CTO, or Senior "anythings" with no worker below.
