This is like a startup within a bigger company (Comarch capital group). And while it has some pros of this setup, it has also many of the cons (for some at least) of the startup company. The domain is so interesting (IoT) that it is hard to 'cutoff' when leaving home. This combined with very dynamic environment and growing business make it hard (for some again :)) for work-life balance.
