1. Worst place ever worked. Salaries paid late it is a norm there. And most of the times they don’t even pay it. 2. No work life balance, continuously restructuring. 3. Need more transparency in terms of the HR and HRD roles. 4. ** NON-REALISTIC/ sometimes BIASED **HRD** policies. 5. ** Needs employee motivation activities and engagements 6. **Need a better channel to get the GROWTH TRACK and to the right candidate.

It has been a good tenure with COMAC and a roller coaster ride so far, the company gives you a lot of your own space in terms of working and learning. Ample opportunities for career growth.
