Need more transparency in terms of the HR and HRD roles. 4. ** NON-REALISTIC/ sometimes BIASED **HRD** policies. 5. ** Needs employee motivation activities and engagements 6. **Need a better channel to get the GROWTH TRACK and to the right candidate.
