Pros

There is no pros in this company honestly I'll warn all you this is not my first company i have much experience in mncs n startup but this was the worst company i have worked till now

Cons

Worst management and worst recruitment team they'll inform 1 year commitment after the Client interviews i have experienced these in Comunus twice in last 2 months. Employees are not valued here and waste there career opportunities, even they make you wait for whole day to sign offer and appointment letter. Manger way of talking I haven't experienced this in my whole 11 years of career

Pros

I’ve worked here as a Senior Java Developer and it’s been an outstanding experience. The engineering team follows best practices, uses modern Java frameworks, and promotes clean, scalable architecture. Leadership is supportive and respects developers’ input, which makes you feel valued.

Cons

Challenging Java projects, strong code standards, and plenty of opportunities to grow. Friendly, collaborative, and talented teammates

Pros

Supporting manager if you’re lucky.

Cons

* Extremely poor working conditions: limited lighting, poor ventilation, and no air conditioning in the working area, making it uncomfortable for employees. * Toxic work environment with no company culture. * No additional benefits like insurance, bonuses, or perks. * Severe lack of assets makes work difficult. * Underpaying employees compared to industry standards. * Illegal bond agreements that trap employees. * Processes altered to favor the company, not employees. * Unethical exit process, including misleading FNF settlements.
