      Very family oriented. Everyone knew the owner, great people.

      Cons

      Its sales, there are commissions. And you do need to upsell a bit to make it make sense. Not a bad thing but not for everyone.

      Pros

      Very good money and easy for advancement. And feels like family.

      Cons

      The owners got greedy as time went on. Charged employees fees per sale with no explanation then sold the company and a lot of managers lost their salary. Which is part of business.
