Mostly good people, decent earnings potential.
Cons
Limitlessly scaling metrics that go up the closer you get. They change the commission structure and metrics required to get paid mid month to make them more difficult. The upper management seems completely disconnected from the whole situation and your well being as an employee is very low on their list of concerns.
