My supervisor was so amazing, super sweet and intentional. Willing to work with you and supportive.
Cons
It’s a call center environment requiring you to help people but with a limit to make sure you’re hitting numbers. Minimal flexibility for work life balance and collaboration on a group / team level. Can feel isolating being fully remote with minimal interaction, with the exception of team meetings occasional.
