Pros
Friendly coworkers, flexible schedules, great clinical experience. I was surprised at the amount of clinical experience I gained while working there. It’s much more than just a call center. The trainers are extremely helpful during orientation and even after training is done. Questions are always welcomed, and I felt supported by the team.
Cons
The pay is very low for the amount of emotional labor the job requires.
