Thank you for your review. I agree that we have a team that is always willing to help each other out, as well as great team leads. I also agree that mistakes should not become punishment...that is not the culture we're trying to create. Focusing on the customer and the call is how our business is run. Definitely speak with your TL if this is something that continues to not feel aligned, or feel free to come chat with me anytime.
