Pros

Good People, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance. Lots of long-term employees who have been here for 10+ years across the organization.

Cons

Can be slow to adopt latest technologies, but that has recently been improving.

Pros

The mission is real here. ComPsych sits at the intersection of behavioral health and workforce wellbeing, and that purpose comes through in the daily work in a way that isn't just marketing language. If you care about the EAP space and the impact it has on employees around the world, this is a place where that matters. The people are a genuine standout. Across departments, you find colleagues who are sharp, collaborative, and invested in doing good work. Teams tend to be lean, which means individuals carry real responsibility and have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions. That can be energizing if you are someone who wants ownership over your work. The global scope of the business is a differentiator. For anyone interested in global operations, the breadth of markets and programs ComPsych operates across creates exposure that is hard to find elsewhere. There is real complexity to navigate and that complexity builds skills quickly.

Cons

Growth within the organization can feel inconsistent. There are opportunities, but they are not always visible or equitably communicated, and career pathing can vary significantly depending on your manager and team. Internal processes and cross-functional coordination can be slower than the pace of the business demands. As the company continues to grow globally, investment in infrastructure and process alignment would go a long way.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at ComPsych and wanted to share what stands out most to me. One of the biggest strengths of this company is the people. There is a genuine passion across teams for wellbeing and health services and it truly shows up in the way my team mates support one another and the clients we serve. That shared purpose makes the work feel meaningful every day. Management has built a culture of trust, which I really value. There’s a strong sense of autonomy and confidence in employees to do the right thing, without micromanagement. It creates an environment where you can focus on doing great work rather than feeling overly monitored. I’ve also really appreciated the flexibility to bring my own ideas, interests, and passions into my role. There’s space to innovate, build, and contribute in ways that feel personally meaningful, which has made my work more engaging and fulfilling. Lastly, it’s been exciting to see the direction the company is heading under new leadership. There is a clear focus on growth and improvement, especially in technology and investing in people. It feels like a company that is evolving in the right ways and making thoughtful changes to strengthen both the employee experience and the services we provide. Overall, a supportive, mission-driven environment with strong leadership and a lot of positive momentum.

Cons

There are still some systems and processes that are being modernized, particularly on the technology side, but improvements are actively underway. At times, communication between departments can be improved as the company continues to grow and evolve - there has been improvements recently, but at times I still notice a lack of transparency between departments.
