      The pay is great and comes with great job security. This company is willing to pay lots of overtime and still has a pension and 401k. The teams you will work with are very close nit and willing to teach you all they know.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, the company seems to think that paying a ton of overtime is better than hiring enough people to balance the workload.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
