      Once you get in you will never have to leave. Work hard and you will recognized sometimes. Good bonus, good pay, crazy good benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of people are dinosaurs and are staying until they turn 58 or older. No one pension anymore for new employees

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
