      Amazing all around benefits and room to grow. Open door policy's with management. ComEd is always looking for ways to become better and more efficient. They make their employees safety a #1 priority.

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
