      The company is very horizontal and trusts that you are driven and will get your work done without someone looking over your shoulder. There is always a variety of work to be done and it rarely becomes repetitive from the engineering side.

      The company is young and still working on organization/documentation.

      As working at the company. Mangmint only care for them selves. Always looking to find was to get good employees fired and permot the lazy workers with no experience.

      Pay suck and it's a revoling door around here.
