      Pros

      great exposure to deals across software for various industries and more deals are coming, lean team structure, direct communication with senior bankers, can learn a lot about how deals get done if you have hands raised.

      Cons

      lots of dirty works, contacts sourcing, have to stay online even out of working hrs
