Biased Management Less Raise No credits The owner usually keeps contact with a few employees who have been working for a long time. Now a few of these employees are pathetic and play politics. They alter things as they please and tell the owner rubbish or whatever they want to tell him. The timings are strict for everyone however a few people are not bound to the rules. They come late, eat late, literally no rules for a few people. Although being a new employee or even if you are here for a whole year, you can't extend your break for even 10 mins. Irony!! Not all colleagues are friendly. Speaking ill for other employees or empoisoning is very common here. They specially target the new ones. Those who are favourites will get more favour. No matter how hard you work, you will not be appreciated. On the other hand the favourite ones will get applause on simple jobs like getting a "good" from the owner. So biased. They will never get you credit for your work and present in in front of the owner as if they have done all that. Salaries will be raised accordingly. If you are a "yes sir yes mam" type, you will get good raise but if you are involved in your job and not in buttering the seniors, you might not get it.
