Good benefits. Co-workers. They want me to write more to post the review but I can’t think of anymore pro’s
Cons
Long hours, average pay, absurd bonus structure. Favoritism. Crappy holiday parties. Unprofessional on multiple levels. The most insane policies to avoid any possible law suit that in turns makes the job tedious and a waste of time taking away from actual job duties.
