The environment is very adaptable. This is a virtual internship so the hours are very flexible. The project managers offer great advice and are there to guide you through your project. This company cares about their employees and strive to make the best experience for everyone.
Cons
Seeing as how it is a virtual internship. There are not many opportunities to physically interact with other employees unless you live in NYC. Most of the times we hold conference calls via phone or skype to communicate
