Positive reviews for this company are totally false - Anonymous employee Column Technologies, Inc. Employee Review

As the marketing director for almost 10 years, I disagree with the statement made that the positive reviews for the company are false. A vast majority of employees have tenure averaging 6+ years and it is not because they are 'out of work.' This post in its entirety has no validity and marketing was not 'instructed' to post false reviews by the CEO. The reviews posted have been made by employees of the company. In addition, we encourage our employees to post on Glassdoor and have openly asked candidates and employees alike to post their experiences. We know and accept that just as in life, some will be positive and some will be negative. However, at no point have we posted a false review.
