      Stable, benefits, work/life balance, only thing I could find in a recession

      Cons

      Poor management, little recognition, no performance based progression..management looks out for only themselves and friends, too much office politics

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
