Pros
Benefits were top notch. I had a fantastic boss at the Mailman School of Public Health. I enjoyed working with people around the school and being around so many great minds.
Cons
Out of control bureaucracy, it took FOREVER to get anything done. Plus, when you went to Finance for help, there are so many rules they would call you back at least half a dozen times on each project, " Oh, and we didn't know this, but you're going to need this as well." Pure madness to accomplish anything.
