      always room to grow... so much support from management. medical residents are very helpful in the operating room. a lot of time and patience from management

      .its a great hopsital and its run pretty well but its so large, that it take forever for a small change.

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
