      Pros

      Incredible roster or talent, best team, visionary CEO. They promote from within and have a winning culture. Some people have been there decades which says a lot about retention.

      Cons

      With any industry, pay is low when just getting started however in the music industry, it feels even lower. Gradually, however, once you get promoted a couple of times the salary starts to fall in line with the industry norm.
