You can call in and place an order and it can be fulfilled that same day. You can also get parts delivered if you are within a certain distance from the warehouse.

The employees worked together to get the job done. Good pay and benefits for the union employees. Never had to work on the weekends.

One word management. The hourly employees at the Elgin branch were union and management was determined to get rid of them. Management let the building fall down around them the last 5 years then closed the location on new year eve. The real stab in the back was when they transferred all the salary employees to other locations and laid off the union employees. Those 5 union employees had 75 years combined service.
