Pros
They are a wonderful group of people, the work they do is interesting and innovative, and there are several different business divisions to cross train and advance.
Cons
Their are quite a number of people at Columbia who have never worked anywhere else, and so are unaware of other possible business operational models, and many times are reluctant to consider or adopt a different methodology.
