      The pay is fair to above average for the Portland Beverage industry

      Cons

      Working for Columbia was the most exhausting and difficult work I have ever done. A normal work day is at least 10 hours and there were many times I would have to work over 12 hours and at the worst, sometimes 16 hours in one shift.
