Over worked and feel not cared about as a merchandiser - Merchandiser Columbia Distributing Company Employee Review

Over worked.. 10 hours day or more. To much work load for the staff we have and to get the work done and make it look good. one minute we are forced to work overtime the next minute we are told to cut hours but do the same work that we did with loads of overtime... Crappy fellow employees that need to be fired... Lower pay than all other merchandiser!
