Project Manager - Project Manager Columbia Cosmetics Employee Review

I’ve only been working for Columbia Cosmetics for less than a year but my experience with this company has been nothing but pleasant. My co-workers are friendly and nice are always available to help and answer my questions. Management has been supportive and appreciative of my work. I am given a sense of creative freedom that allows me to provide my full scope of expertise to do my job well and at the same time, allows me to enjoy my job.

There will always be cons and room for improvement but it’s a matter of perspective and attitude towards work. I could say that there is no standard process/system set in place (at least within my department) that could help improve efficiency.. but this gives me the opportunity to contribute and start something that could lead to a smoother and faster workflow in support of other departments.
