      The Colton's genuinely care about people. They want people to succeed and care about their employees and customers. Have the potential to make a lot of money in all areas of the company.

      These aren't necessarily cons - just suggestions more or less. - Hard to get new ideas implemented - Not a ton of support in the mid/senior levels - Low base wages, but commission potential is huge - Benefits are OK, not great, but decent

      Pros

      Possible high commissions by luck only. When you sell a lot you get a lot of praise.

      Cons

      Long hours, no opportunities for advancement, full commission with draws that roll over so when you do make commission you pay company back for draws. Sales staff is competitive and management lets them steal customers from each other. They don't care as long as the company gets a sale.
