      The materials produced in Switzerland were of excellent quality, however the management model was far from "current" or "flexible" when it came to being competitive and creative. The same old...buy some get some free was the order of the day. Additionally, the Sr. Management, managed via intimidea

      It is difficult to advance...period! I was lucky in that I had a skill set that was able to reach beyond the confines of a typical Regional Manager...
