- Lots of uncertainty with re-org and communications could be better - Terrible admin heavy processes , making job much harder than it needs to be. (This should improve once COLT has no more dependance on LUMEN) - Customer satisfaction (due to disruption from LUMEN EMEA acquisition and slow processes) has dropped significantly.
