      Supportive employee's and flexible schedule. Decent pay and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not enough support for projects/efforts to execute. Do more with less people, priorities are not established, so everything is a priority, so things don't move fast.

      Pros

      Worked 4x10 with Fridays as occasional overtime. The work itself is easy, especially if you keep to yourself

      Cons

      3 10 minute breaks. Very dirty environment
