If you like a culture of micromanagement, high turnover, favoritism, poor morale, whispering gossip about who just got fired and why, then this is the place for you. Casters are a high volume, low margin business. Along with that comes with stress, pressure and finger pointing when things don’t go management’s way. Many of Colson’s hires come from a much larger employer in town who seems to have continual layoffs every couple of years, giving Colson a steady stream of people who would like to stay in the area and will take any reasonable job to do so. If you value your mental health and self-esteem, you would be wise to consider looking elsewhere.
