Pros

The benefits are good, They are a gold Cisco partner and have many OEMs that they represent; most of the people are amazing and talented.

Cons

Pay is below average to average unless you exceed the unrealistic quota requirements. Instead of having individual quotas. Owners lack integrity, act like children with temper tantrums and cannot be trusted; they do not stand by their word. They claim to be like a small family, but will decide to let you go on a whim without any warning or reasoning, so there is zero loyalty to employees. They discriminate unless you are part of their inner circle, and overall terrible people. Run away as fast as you can... do not work here unless you have no other option.

Pros

guaranteed bi-weekly paycheck not much of anything else.

Cons

Changes employment contract guarantees on the fly. (holiday pay, PTO policy, etc) Raises are based off overtime hours worked. No option for advancement. HR and management don't care for complaints.
