Pros
Everyone here is mission-driven, and the leadership is solid. Additionally, you're working with a lot of very intelligent people, and you get to help Community Health Centers in Colorado provide better care.
Cons
It's a non-profit (this part is a plus), and as a result things can move slowly, and your work is often based on the priorities of funders. Because it's a small organization, there are not a ton of opportunities to move up the ladder.
