Pros
There are an awesome group of employees at the Colorado Belle. If not for the management it feels like family.
Cons
The managers are very inexperienced and have absolutely no idea of how to manage people. They unfortunately have never learned that people are led, and businesses are managed.
Integrity is completely non-existent in the current management. If they aren't intentionally lying to you, they are negligent in their behavior and the result is the same and the morale and pride in the company suffers.
Because the management doesn't understand basic business fundamentals and how to improve the value of a business, clientele is steadily diminishing and they have no idea of how to treat the customers that they do have so that they can create the loyalty needed. As a result the pay is one of the lowest on the river.
