700 employees so obviously experience varies by department but overall: - Very flexible WFH policy - Talented attorneys and staff - Opportunities for growth - State insurance and retirement benefits - Cutting edge and high profile cases and opportunities

- Low pay comparatively to industry standard, budget issues mean limited and minimal raises - Work life balance issues for higher up attorneys and those working on high profile cases - Limited promotion opportunities for staff - PTO is not unlimited, but there can be flexibility - Outdated software
