Pros

None, whatsoever ever. This places deserves 0 stars. The company's mission is a complete facade, which is super concerning. The CEO's frequent gaslighting makes the workplace deeply hostile, resulting in a toxic, damaging environment.

Cons

My experience at this company was very different from what I was led to believe during the interview. Looking back, the interview, which was with the CEO, should have been a red flag. It was clear she didn't really grasp what the job needed, because the actual work was way off from what she described. The company seemed to lack any real momentum or a strong client base. I ended up spending a huge chunk of my time on the CEO's personal tasks, instead of actual company work. I got no real guidance or resources, and was expected to just figure things out and make up my own work, even though I didn't have the expertise. On top of that, everything had to go through the CEO, and her feedback was incredibly slow, which made it really hard to get anything done. When I did follow up on projects, she'd often gaslight me and say my work wasn't good enough. The CEO was also pretty inaccessible, staying locked in her office most of the time, focused on her own branding rather than managing her employees. Everyone hates working there. I'm glad I got out of there the second I landed a new job.

Pros

I will start with the great team and impactful work. Everyday we are busy, fun and making a difference. I enjoy the people I work with.  This is truly a great company with big goals and I am happy be part of the next chapter. Great oportunity to be client facing and to learn a lot from leadership in a short period of Time. Perks Access to a huge network Client events Company outings Opportunity to travel Mentorship training Close knit group - on purpose

Cons

There is a lot of work. Expected to work fast and efficient. Clients move at extremely fast pace and team has to keep up with pace while managing multiple clients and projects.

Pros

NO PROs! I previously wrote a glowing review but I was wrong. This place became a nightmare and I didn't realize how bad it truly was until I started a new job at a similar agency where they actually value me as a human being and as a professional. Leadership puts on a good show when you start but the facade fades. I now understand the negative reviews and wish I listened to them instead of belittling them in my previous review.

Cons

This company is sooooo lost, the company is a joke. Leadership has no idea what they are doing and all efforts seem to only go toward the CEO's personal agenda and how to make her look good rather than what is best for the clients. I genuinely feel bad the clients are wasting their money on these below average services, its such a scam. The office is not relaxed, you are on constant egg shells worried if you will get an email from leadership that your performance is all of a sudden lacking just because you took one too many sick days or you provided feedback in your last one on one with leadership. Advocating for yourself here is considered a threat to authority. Leadership is extremely insecure but that makes sense. If you want to feel like a robot and a prisoner, work here!
