      Very easy job and laid back.

      Cons

      1st and 3rd shift didn’t get along and when they combined there was problems and I left but apparently they are fixed now.

      Pros

      Product line and process were not complicated, very little WIP or inventory needed.

      Cons

      Not a lot of support for developing processes but they were starting to address the issues from a corporate view when they were working with customers.
