Pros

The only pro of this job/company was the people and friendships I developed.

Cons

Terrible communication and dishonesty from the executive management team of this company. The owner does not like to pay vendors on time. As a customer service rep, it was horrible not being able to clearly communicate and meet customer deadlines on time due to this issue. I would not recommend working for this company.

Flexible hours, okay pay, freedom to self-manage.

Cons

Hostile, dysfunctional environment. Managers treat employees as lower-class citizens. Company pays vendors late and not at all.
