Pros
The compensation is good and benefits are OK. They have a great holiday schedule (9 days). Clients bring in many interesting projects to work on. Company is making the attempt to get into new areas.
Cons
Salaries tend to be stagnant...raises are occasional, not annual. (and sometimes you have to ask for it) There is not much chance for OT. It's a family business, and the family members come first. Seniority doesn't mean a whole lot compared to the bottom line. The company has been slow to update hardware and software. Salesmen tend to manage their existing accounts, but are not bringing in new accounts.
